Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Vite Social (Zora Landauer), based in Germany. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Vite Social provides social media management, content strategy, content creation, and related services. The scope of services is defined individually for each client.
3. Contracts & Agreements
A contract is formed once a written agreement (email or proposal) is confirmed by both parties. Services are tailored and may vary depending on client needs.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR (€). Payments are due as agreed in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.
5. Duration & Termination
Unless otherwise agreed, services are provided on a monthly basis. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as defined in the contract.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, access, and information required for the execution of services in a timely manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by Vite Social remains the property of Vite Social until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the exclusive usage and exploitation rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
Vite Social is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and restricted to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered location of Vite Social, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Vite Social reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply.
